Welcome to the Applewood resident portal. We're excited to share our story with you. This page is dedicated to providing you insight into the vision for the Applewood Pointe Shoreview community, as well as a few tips about the portal through tutorial videos in coming weeks.

The Resident Portal 

This electronic “portal” is a hub of vital information accessible to all member computers and mobile devices. Technically it is an internal website, connected to the internet, and accessible from any location within our facility, or worldwide while traveling.  Connect easily through any browser app at: http://applewoodshoreview.com (plus a secure password restricted to resident members). It is managed by coop volunteers for design, development and maintenance, with the hosting services of Webador, a respected international company based in Holland, and serving over 250,000 small businesses. Content is frequently refreshed to provide useful information for all, authored by members of committees, special interest groups, the board of directors and many others. Primary topics include: a ‘home page’ of fresh news, photos/videos, announcements, calendars, special events, an interactive room reservation system and on-site work orders; plus committee activities, reports and documents, the Insider newsletter, a member photo directory, and a marketplace.  It's all in one ... a  convenient place while home or away to view most areas of interest within our coop community.  Enjoy.
