Work Group Meeting - May 11

"The 2nd Work Group meeting was held on May 11th, 2026. All members attended. The focus of the meeting was to create a Member Survey for members to have input concerning their thoughts and ideas regarding the refurbishment of our home (Applewood Pointe of Shoreview). all are welcome to comment.

On May 22nd the survey will be put in each of our cubbies. Responses can be returned as soon as you have filled out the survey. They must be returned by Monday June 8th.

There will be a box on the table near Exit Door #9 beneath the AED machine for you to put your survey in."

Workgroup Meeting #3

The 3rd Work Group Meeting was held on Tuesday, May 18th. The group welcomed Mark Catron as the new Board Liaison. We are beginning the process of finding a Design Consultant. Paula is working on organizing how we will inventory our building contents. We plan to begin the inventory as soon as next week. Pete is measuring for carpet and paint to get a ballpark estimate of cost as that will become important as we work on the budget. The Survey for residents will begin on Friday, the 22nd. They can be returned anytime before June 8th. We will BEGIN reviewing the replies at our next meeting on wednesday, May 20th.
